  • Authors are requested to provide an extended abstract of no more than one page of text (max. of 1000 words, MS Word or PDF) with an additional page including supporting data and figures.
  • Please summarize the topic and theme in as much detail as allowed by the word count limitation. Include title, author(s), company affiliation(s), primary contact information, topic and five key words describing the work.
  • Original papers co-authored by a user and a supplier and/or academia that demonstrate innovative, practical solutions for advancing semiconductor manufacturing are highly encouraged.
  • An abstract template has been prepared for your use, only abstracts using the template will be considered. Click here to download the template.
  • Corresponding (or Contact) Authors: The author submitting the paper will automatically be designated the Corresponding Author (or Primary contact author) and receive all communications regarding the submission.
  • Online Submission Form: Authors are asked to provide vital pieces of information, including, but not limited to the paper title, topic, authors and all authors' contact information. This information must be completed in its entirety. Failure to do so may inhibit your ability to successfully submit your research. It is your responsibility to submit all requested information correctly and completely. This includes the required information for all currently known co-authors.
  • The on-line submission form will be open beginning August 27, 2013 and no later than September 1, 2013 @ 11:59 pm CT

You will be notified via email on or after December 19, 2013, if your abstract has been accepted for the 2014 Conference. Thank you for your interest!
  • Authors are required to submit a draft paper no later than March 7, 2013, all final papers will be due no later than April 25, 2013.
  • Original papers co-authored by a user and a supplier and/or academia that demonstrate innovative, practical solutions for advancing semiconductor manufacturing are highly encouraged.
  • All authors are requested to submit a preliminary manuscript which will be reviewed by ASMC committee members. Maximum number of pages is six (6). Authors will be provided feedback to ensure the highest technical quality of manuscripts. MANUSCRIPT TEMPLATE.
  • Before submitting your final paper, please run it through PDF eXpress to check that it is IEEE compliant. The conference ID for PDF eXpress access is 32974XClick here to access the PDF eXpress website.
  • Please verify that all authors and their information is correct in the submission site, make any necessary edits to this information.
  • IEEE e-Copyright will be collected during the submission process in the confirmation step, this must be completed no later than April 25, 2013. If you do not complete the e-Copyright, your full paper will not be published in the proceedings.
